I found a software analyzing bluescreen crash.

詳細はサイトを見て欲しいが，ブルースクリーン時に発生するダンプファイルを解析してくれるみたい．その解析結果から，エラーの原因を教えてくれたりする．
各言語にも対応しているみたいで，便利そうなのでインストールして使ってみた．
怪しいドライバが3個ほどみつかって，まだドライバの更新などはしてないが，これでブルースクリーン時に慌てなくて済む．
